Fiori- Travel Expense Approval - Forward Functionality

What is the Forward feature in the Travel Expense Approval app meant to do?  See below for screen shot.  When clicking the icon and opening the Forward screen it is blank.  We are also unable to search for users here - searches return no results.

You will see the Forward function in quite a number of the Fiori apps and they are meant to forward the object via email to the person selected from the dropdown.  I would hope that the installation instructions would cover how to set it up (link to Outlook?), but do not know the specifics.

I suspect Masa will be along before too long to give you the full answer!

Thanks.  Can you please clarify what exactly is meant by the forward functionality forwards 'the object via email'?  In the case of travel expense approval what should happen when an approver forwards a pending object to another person?  Can the person receiving the email approve the request directly from the email?  Do they log in to Fiori to view the forwarded item or can they view all of the object details in the forwarded email?

Hi Christi,

It is same function that workflow inbox has. It forwards workitems to other person.
