Hi Ali

I don't know what's going on with SCN but I'm not able to upload images.

Here is the solution. You will need to change your roles.

1. Open your role

2. Go the Menu tab

3. Select folder Forwarding Order Management > Air

4. Click on Other Node Details button

5. Update Folder Option field to S As Service Map

6. Do the same for the other folders

7. Select the web dynpro within the folder (e.g Overview Air Forwarding Order Management)

8. Click on Other Node Details button

9. Update Visibility field to V Visible

10. Update Launch Application field to I Standard.

11. Do the same for the other web dynpros

12. Save you changes.

Hello Alihamed,

It will depend on how the roles were created, but if the role was created from a SAP standard one, you should get a user menu path that will mirror NWBC.

Check to see if you have a folder called "Freight Order Management" in the SAP GUI (SAP Easy Access). In there you should see the Land, Air, Ocean, etc areas. Please check to see if both users can see all the items in that folder.

Hello Alihamed,

Does the user have access to the links in the SAP GUI?

Hi,

Thanks for reply, both users have same roles and profiles i.e. SAP_ALL. User2 logged in NWBC3.5 and he is getting menu items where user1 logged in same NWBC 3.5 and he is not getting menu items.

Find attached screenshot of User1 in NWBC 3.5. Can we crate worklist items any where?

Thank you in advance for your help...

Hello

I am not sure using SAP_ALL is a right way here.

I would request, to give any specific role to users

http://scn.sap.com/thread/3390808

And then try the same. Regarding your second query "I am not aware"

Hello Alihamed,

I agree with Vinod on SAP_ALL. That is typically not assigned to a user. TM has had some strange security issues. Try "refreshing" the users security profile. That open helps with missing authorizations.

As for your second question of creating a work list, are you talking about creating a new POWL or just creating a new link to an existing one?

Hello Ali

User 1 is on html version??? ( which role did he use to access it??)

User 2 is on Desktop Client??? ( what roles is assigned for his user???)

Can you cross check this, this should solve your problem !

Hello Alihamed,

Have you confirmed that both users have the same security roles and permissions? Those categories and links can be enabled and disabled by the security roles.
