Enabling Actions in Incident

Hi,

I am not able to see 'Actions' button in Incident header.

System is not shwoing Actions button after 'Create followupbutton'

Where to activate this ?

check if  1647911 - Work Center: no action when confirming in preview area

What SP level you have?

Here SP08 and there is a button "Action"
