Error 7 Log fetch

Hi All

I have created one new Z tcode in APO for converting order.  for ex PR to PO or planned order to production.

But some cases order has not converted due to some error.

Now requiremnt is user wants to see a  error or log in my Z  report

I am thinking  to fetch the log from these four tcode CPP/CCR/CQ/C3 if yes so plese let me know which is the best code for give me online log  and how to fetch the log data (FM or Table)

but i just have a query..

/SAPAPO/RRP7 - Conversion of Orders/Purchase Requisitions ??

If its just a visibility/cosmetic changes then create small Web-dynprogramm to call RRP7 in background.
