u can check the status through SLG1 tcode for application logs..,
Object CALE
Subobject LOGSYSNAME
External ID *
give the from and TO date to know the status of BDLS..,
if the Run is very long then please exclude the highest sized tables and run all in parallel, even after this if the Run is long then check for the Active jobs on system and their logs too..

Hello Subbu,
Please check the activity being performed by the BDLS work process. In general, it will keep on changing at intervals from read to update. If this happens, it is a good enough indication that BDLS is running.
With the number of entries mentioned as per the screenshot,I presume that BDLS would take time to complete.
Regards,
Siddharth

Hello Subbu,
In SM50, you can double click on the active process and you can see the details of the SQL being executed. And you can check it in ST04 or DB level as mentioned by Yues.
I think you can check in the SLG1 logs too.

Hi,
Check in transaction SM50 (or SM66 in case of multiple instances) if the process is active.
You could also check at DB level if an update query is running
Best regards
