PR From BOM

We have implemented BOM scenario and Variant configuration for some material. Now we want , when we create a sales order, PR to generated automatically from the sales order. How to do config for the same.

1) In material master sales view 2  item category group  "BANS"

2)in sales order Item category TAS....bcoz of this system creates PR in background

3) after sales order created ie in display mode  click on Procurement tab--> select line item--->click on schedule lines for item button----observe PR number get generated

Hi

PR can be generated from sales order when item category is maintained as BANS whereas item category for variant configuration should be 0002. How can we fulfill both the requirement -

variant configuration for the material and also PR to be generated from the sales order.
