Hi,

Can somebody guide me how to delete task of other users in UWL (I have access to NWA),

Hi Srikanth,

You cannot delete the task of any user through NWA. You can either suspend or cancel the task. Cancelling the task will remove it from the User's UWL. Follow these steps to do so:

Login to NWA with Admin rights  --> Operations --> Processes and Tasks --> Manage tasks

Select the required task. Once selected, click on the 'Action' dropdown and select Cancel.

hi srikanth,

this may be a tricky one wrt to active/completed/cancelled type of tasks..

go to NWA > Operation Management > Processes and Tasks > Manage Process,

filter it by 'Started by/Created by', choose that process and click on 'Show Related Tasks', check the latest date/created user there and compare with the UWL, if that matches, then you can delete the required tasks.
