If you're doing a local client copy, make sure you are using transaction SCCL, not SCC9. If you are using SCCL, then it's very odd to have tables in client 000 but not in 900.

I would also really advise to upgrade from SAPKB73102 to at least somewhere between SAPKB73106-SAPKB73109. The 01 and 02 packages are fairly buggy in my experience.

I thing you have select the profile SAP_CUST Not on SAP_ALL,

Looks like those tables are not present at the DB level.

Use Tx SE14 and check whether they are present at the DB level and if not create them from there.
