This is because you need to clear the RFC metadata. This can be done by starting/stopping the RFC receiver communication channel.

Check whether the re-imported RFC is activated...
Refresh the cache.
Go to SXI_CACHE and refresh it
Also see in IR whether any cache refresh is showing red entry. If yes then refresh that too.
Otherwise,Do some dummy changes and activate it. Hope it will solve the issue.

Try to do a dummy change in the RFC channel, also you could try to test the RFC in the ECC system and to check if it is really getting back a response.

Check the occurence of ZRFC parameters , see whether the values are getting passed to these parameters.
Is the Cache status overiew is showing as green?
