HI Experts,
We are planning to setup the test CHarm configration between Solution Manager[DEV] with ERP DEV system.
We would preper to create the three new clients[eg, 200,300,400] in ERP DEV system for CHaRM setup with Solution Manager System.
1) Please let us know from Which source client to use to create new three clients test landscape in ERP System [eg, 200,300,400]
2) To avoid the space issue in ERP system, Which profile should I use in SCCL [Selected profile] to create new client in ERP system

Normally use sap_all , but due the space constrain issue in your system, use SAP_CUST profile it is fine for ChaRM testing. ERP system just use for TR creation and dumy testing, remaining configuration will done only in solman system.

Client-dependent Customizing, including authorization profiles, are
copied. The application data is deleted and the user data is retained.
User Data -> NO
Customizing -> YES
Application Data -> No (deleted)
Copy Profile (SAP Library - BC ? Client Copy and Transport (BC-CTS-CCO))

I need to setup CHaRM entire workflow setup. I have done the following tasks in Solution Manager 7.1 SP10 [Client 100] .
USing SOLMAN_SETUP, peformed following tasks.
->System preparation
-> Basic Config
-> Managed system configruation.
Please let me know the next major steps to confugure in Solution manager. for CHaRM
Note: IS there any 2First steps to work with Change Request Management scenario for Solution manager 7.1 SP10 like above.

Go to solman_setup -> Change request Management -> follow the steps

According to the above link document [SOLMAN 7.0 SP3] under "IT service Management" option,
there are two option[Incident and problem management and Change request management are available. Document its Checked to contine Change request management.
whereas in my System [ Solman sp10 ], "IT service Management" and Incident and problem management are visible in the tcode [soluman_setup] page.
1) Is it enough to run the solman_setup -> Change request Management for CHaRM ?
2) or Is it mandatory to perfrom the "IT service Management" as well for ChaRM?

Change Request Management => 1)Check Prerequisite => Check Sol Mgr Central correction note
Gives message like
"A new version of SAP Note 0001875627 is available on Service Marketplace".
we have already applied verion 12 in System preparation step.
However now version 15 is available,.
Is it required to apply the latest one with depend note or can i Skip the warning?.

Hi Thiru,
It is recommended to apply latest CCN because many times later you end up getting dumps in the system and have to look for these notes already available in the form central correction note
my suggestion would be to always apply the latest version for CCN
hope this clarifies.
