Maximum line items in Invoice

Hi,

Do anyone know how many maximum line item we can add while creation of non PO invoice?

Even curious to know max. line items for Scart, PO .

There is no constraint as such. Any specific problem you are facing here ? Do let me know.

We have tried more than 300 items earlier and it was working fine. We are using SRM 5.5 version.

Not tried more than this number yet.

Hi Rahul

The limitation mainly comes from ITS memory constraints. So, it purely depends upon your hardware and memory allocated in various parameters in RZ10.

Last time when we faced a problem in shopping cart (75 items), we were suggested to increase size in some parameters. Then it was fine. That was on external ITS.

Ramki,

We are in SRM_Server5.5 with SP07. ITS is internal in this case. I am curoius to know what parameters you increased? e.g. if I would like to set item lines 500, What I need to do ?

MaxRespSize in ITS resolved the problem

MaxCtxtSize is also important.

For internal ITS, check 742048 also. Check with your basis consultant for ITS performance tuning.

Hi,

We were not able to create invoice line items more than 6 lines while we do nonPO invoice ( manual invoice).

Can anybody suggest what could be the reason ?

We are working on SRM component version 4.0.

Any thoughts please?
