PI Message Flow Monitoring (JAVA)

Hi Everyone

Could somebody help me with PI message monitoring. We have two PI systems - dual stack and JAVA stack. We setup PI monitoring in Solution Manager 7.1 SP8 and We can monitor error messages from Integration Engine (ABAP).

From Central and Decentral Engine We don't get nothing. Extractor PI Message Flow Monitoring doesn't collect data.

Do anybody know, where is problem?

I have checked PIMON troubleshoot guide, PIMon frequently questions and I have tried google it of course.

We use PI NW version 7.11 SP8.

In PI monitoring Message monitor I still see "No Data Collection"

In PI Monitoring guided procedure is everything green besides Message Alerting which is supported by version PI NW 7.3.

Hi Jan,

from your screenshot1 your extractors are inactive. what is the log for extractor

you can check the solman_setup, technical monitoring PI monitoring setup step 5.6, though its green review the logs

also check the managed system configuration of your PI domain any red with collection not posible logs?

also check the sap note   1618764, 1716588

Until unless your extractor in green , you cant get the data.

Thanks a lot.

I checked webservice in SOAMANAGER and I found the Web service endpoint URL expected on satellite was not found.

Now I have find why 🙂
