error when connecting to websphere MQ from PI 7.3 using jms

Hi,

getting below error when connecting to mq from pi 7.3 using sender jms connection.

Error creating JMS connection. The JMS provider gave the error message as JMSWMQ0018: Failed to connect to queue manager 'QMAS400DDC' with connection mode 'Client' and host name '10.11.0.5(1414)'. JMSCMQ0001: WebSphere MQ call failed with compcode '2' ('MQCC_FAILED') reason '2059' ('MQRC_Q_MGR_NOT_AVAILABLE')., and the error code as JMSWMQ0018.

Hi Ankit,

Show your connection parameters to your MQ team and get it verified. This is to make sure your are using correct details to connect.

If you are doing testing for the first time check,  is there any firewall between pi server and mq server.

Try to stop and start the channel.
