Query on Syclo Service Manager

Hi All,

The questions are related to Service Manager 3.1.

1. Can we create service orders from Syclo device . As far as I know this is not present in the standard application. Can we achieve this ?

2.  There are two tabs available Service Assignments and ServiceOrders ,what is the difference between these two?

3. What is the difference between confirmation and competion of service Orders?

Please Explain.

Did you read the user guide yet for the tablet for Service Manager 3.1? It has most of your question answered. I use that for this type of questions to verify what exist or not or what the screen does.

Go to Support Portal -> Software Downloads -> Search for Installation and Upgrades - > Search for: Service Manager 3.1 -> you will see the SAP Service Manager 3.1 Documentation link on the 2nd page.  Check User guides or table guides.
