SAP MII 14.0

Dear SAP Experts,

Humble Greetings.

We're planning to have 12.2 upgraded to MII 14,0.  I went through a couple of presentation regarding the Alert/KPI framework and positioning of MII 14.0 in a box with ME 6.1.

I could not find anything on

A. If I upgrade to 14.0 is there any functionality of 12.2 that I am likely to miss ?

B. Can I migrate 12.2 stuff ( Transactions/Queries) to 14.0 ?

We recently migrated from 12.2 to 14.0 and we do not faced any issue in any of the transaction logic. So, i do not think that there will be any issue. Let me know if you need any thing in detail.

A.  As 14.0 is the successor to 12.2, unless something is explicitly mentioned in the documentation as being depreciated or deprecated, then I would say 'no'.

B.  See the component upgrade guide (http://service.sap.com/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000753646&_SCENARIO=01100035870000000202&_O...)- process should be relatively seamless.
