Regarding Queries of License Datatype in SU01

Hi,

We have some mySAP ERP professional and mySAP ERP limited professional licenses to provide to the user.

We have to provide the Contractual user License type in SU01 transaction for SAP Audit.

If we change the License type from mySAP ERP professional to mySAP ERP limited professional user, is there any impact with the autorizations?

Could you please tell us whether there will be any issues if we change the license type.

you might be aware that the license type of the user determines the price you need to pay,

and the license type LIMITED PROFESSIONAL USER costs more than the ERP PROFESSIONAL USER.

in this case, why do you want to change the user type??

Hi,

You need to check what setting has been maintained in your system.

You need to check if the role assignment process in your system check that.

USMM is the setting where it shows the type of the licenses for the user.But need to check if your PFUD is going to look the license type and assign roles.

Hi Mudasir,

For example one user GIRI is there in the system and having some roles.

And the license data is not maintained and it is blank.

If I am changing that user license type to my sap limited professional user, do we have any impact over the authorizations.

Please let us know how it will effect for the existing users.
