Custom action block for Flat file coverstion

Hello Experts,

I am looking for MII 12.3 custom action block for converting .csv file to XML.Could you please some one help where can i get the  jar file for .csv to xml conversion.

under the following link you will find a list with Custom Actionblocks. Last entry for MII 12.1 and MII 12.2

is the Flat File Parser To XML.

In the link i can see only the Flat file parser pdf document but i didn't find any link for jar file.Could you please help me in getting jar file?

Within the PDF in the page 4 you will find the link to the jar file.

After clicking on the link, a window opens and you have to specify where the

file should be saved. What happens, when you clicking on the link?
