GRC Logs not visible in the SPM Reports

Hi All,

GRC Logs not visible in the SPM Reports

Our Plugin and GRC systems have the following Time Zone settings.

OS Level timezone : UTC

Application Time Zone (STZAC) : PST

Plug in System ECC

OS Level timezone : UTC

Application Time Zone (STZAC) : PST

When GRC_SPM_LOG_SYNC_UPDATE job is run in GRC. It is not displaying the FF log data from the plug-in systems. Neither from STAD file not from CDHDR.CDPOS tables.

Out time zones are set as per business requirements. However , do we have a fix without changing the timezone.

We have already gone through the note: 1726157, 1775432, 1595462.

In 1775432 only the tlog related fix is provided.

If anyone has encountered this issue please provide your expertise. Thanks

@ Time Zones: Should be in synch in both GRC & Plug-in systems.(refer 1582473 - Numerous issue in SPM due to time zones not in sync )

Have a look at the Integration scenario SUPMG (Scenario connector link): whether it is mapped to the target plug-in system?

Check the Configuration Parameters 4000 to 4010: 4003 to 4006 values set to "YES"

Check the following background jobs in plug-in system:

> In order to retrieve data from STAD/CDHDR/CDPOS tables, RSCOLL00 Job should be scheduled (refer SAP Note 966309)

>> /VIRSA/ZVFATBAK (Hourly) refer SAP Note 1142312

>>> /VIRSA/ZVFAT_LOG_REPORT

    /VIRSA/ZVFAT_V02 (for role based firefighter)
