Hello,

The issue was resolved and is being rolled out now. However, it might take until the end of day Wednesday to complete (should be fully restored Thursday).

Some members are now able to insert images after clearing their web browsers cache so you can try that too.

Hello Everyone.

I have faced this issue before and I did a 'trick' to overcome this problem.

Using Chrome, it is possible to "Inspect Element", which opens a screen like "FireBug". You are able to edit the HTML of the page in real time.

You can select the input button and erase the "disabled". Then the button will be available to upload the image.

Best Regards,

Henrique

This solution was the best so far. That's how a developer deals with software. Brilliant.

Another less complicated option is to open this link in your browser, and do a shift + reload to force the browser to load the resource from the server:

http://scn.sap.com/resources/scripts/tiny_mce3/tiny_mce_popup.js

We have a fix ready which will be rolled out with the next release to avoid this annoyance.

Still no success here (tried it with IE + Chrome, caches deleted beforehand, browsers restarted, ...) ...

I'm informed that the fix is still be rolled out. It gives you an idea of how complex the issue and functionality is.
