Enable Ibase Component

How to enabled ibase component on crm_dno_monitor? by default ibase component is grey (disabled).

the screenshot is from CRMD_ORDER not from CRM_DNO _MONITOR

i thought your issues is resolved

is this another issue.....can you paste new screenshot and share you are trying to do so that I can help better

the screenshot attached is from crm_dno_monitor on my production client.

i just dont understand, on my development client, by default ibase component is enabled.

but why on client production ibase component is gray (disabled). I already maintain role full authorized but still can't change.

Hi Danny,

Check the  authorization object B_NOTIF_IB . This object is responsible for ibase component.
