Hi All,
I have updated the SPS08 in Solution Manager 7.1. And after that i have faced an issue and to resolve the same SAP Basis SP 14 package has to be applied. My current level of Basis Package is SP 12. While updating the form SP 12 to SP 13 at the check phase it shows CX_E2E_DPC_SETUP is inactive. When i try to activate manually it prompts for an access key.
Please advice.
Warm Regards,
Sudhakar
If it asks for an access key, you should 1) register DEVLOPER user in Service Market Place and also 2) register the object which is showing in the screen of the access key request.

Finally i was able to pass this issue after registering the Class in SMP and proceeded further.

You may have an snote in a half way applied state, do you have any open transports in the system and have you reviewed SPDU and SPAA for errors?

Hi Sudhakar,
it is not recommended to apply support packages on its own, you should always apply Support Package Stacks, eg. SPS10. What was your initial error that made you update your Basis package alone?
You can get an access key from SAP Marketplace:
