Dear Quality Gurus,

Our Pharma client need a customized sample checklist report in which the following fields should picked up from the system.

1. Containers sampled

2. Specification number

Kindly note the following points as the statement of the problem and existing status of the system

-------------------------------

Containers Sampled

-------------------------------

  1. Physical sampling has not been implemented and shall not be implemented until this report is completed .
  2. The total number of containers are taken from the containers details additional tab in GR (Created through BaDi).
  3. The incoming materials can be sampled as per
      • 100% sampling where all the incoming containers have to be taken for sampling  .
      • Root n+1 where the containers shall be calculated .
      • Any other formula .

We would like to know which fields in Quality masters can be used to build the logic for number of sampled containers and how . Also let us know if any configuration shall be involved .

------------------------

Specification No .

------------------------

  1. We are aware that usually Inspection Plan, Group is used as a specification number .
  2. However  during initial  implementation the Group Number was  internally generated .
  3. Since we cannot change the group for all inspection plans as of now we need to look out for any other sutiable field where this can be done .
  4. Can you suggest some field (Not a text field ) which can be used for specification number and can be made mandatory .

Do provide your  early suggestions .

Ram,

Please limit your postings to a single specific question! The forum is not a place for general design specs.  The sampling spec request should be researched first and then any specific questions should be directed to the forum.  Several of the items you mention are standard functionality and the size and scope of the question is very large.

PLEASE READ THIS BLOG:

We request only one topic per question.  The second issue is definitely more specific and might be a valid forum question.  But please take the time to let us know what has been considered and what your research found out.

Please don't just post client requirements.

This topic will be locked.  If you have concerns or questions, please message me directly.
