Changing the SRM default page to show Header data only

We are using SRM7.0 EHP2 and have had inquires from our users that they would rather just see shopping cart header data only on the main screen. That would mean the line items and details would not be displayed. I know the details are at the item level but I've been asked to pose that question. I suspect it would require special development.

Nope! Works via roles.

Check POWL_TYPE transaction for type SAPSRM_FEEDER_SC

What do you have as a feeder class?

try to set /SAPSRM/CL_CLL_PWL_A_SC_H

After that you should recofigure shown fields via transaction /SAPSRM/POWL_CUST

And don't forget to delete cached queries via report POWL_D01

alternative: create new type/query based on the class /SAPSRM/CL_CLL_PWL_A_SC_H

Hi Jim,

I am not sure which portal screen you are talking about, if it is the shop area, it has bottom half where the recent SC header information is anyway updated/refreshed. Please let us know.

We did customise SRM 7.0 look and feel and portal team helped us in getting user inbox page as default (Home) page when someone login into SRM.

So my understanding is that if this is just to make a standard SRM page as default, portal team can easily do it as they can define the profile for each portal role.
