SAP Fiori - Forward Button Customizing

Hi ,

we have installed and using SAP FIORI - Aprove PO app and SAP FIORI - general approval app ( ui5_ca_all_apv) customized for PR and Leave requests approvals . In all above cases we need to customize the "Forward" button.

Currenty buttons approve & reject work fine but Forwards button returns the following message

Can anybody help suggesting ways to control and customize the button ?

Hi Apostolos,

You should maintain the possible agents in the task level. If the task is generic task and no agent is assigned, the screenshot is correct "No entry found".
