Hi Guys,
My client is trying to save a report from SAP into a share drive in excel or WORD format. When trying to save the report an error message appears saying " Access to file is denied". He is able to save the files to the desktop, and once the file is in the desktop then he can move it to the share drive. Basically he can save into the share drive from any application except from SAP.
Please help me with troubleshooting tips
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Santhiel
Hi ,
It was related to the sap user authourization to save the file in the shared drive.
Please check with any other user who is having the full access.

Prakash.

You should be able to see what happens,when you capture a session Frontend Trace.
To do this,open the SAPGUI,Press ALT+F12 -> Options -> Trace ->Session Trace,
then check the tickbox against Frontend Services,click Enable,then apply and recreate
the issue.

Jude
