Partner Function TAB missing in customer master.

Hi,

i have two division. (10 & 20)

for div 20 display mode - Partner Function TAB is missing.

except this in all other case no problem.

Can any one help me?

Any relevance with Div and customer master.

Its very Important to find out for me. help....

Hi,

Tell me one thing,where Partner function tab is missed in XD02 or VA02 level.

For your reference ,please check account group settings in OBD2 .

at XD03 Partner Function Tab is missing.

XD02 everything is coming correct.

OBD2 is not becoming helpful brother.

Partner Determination procedure is assigned to the account group.

And this account group controls the partner functions that appear in the customer master.

Please find out the account group using which these customers were created.

And then check whether a partner determination procedure is assigned to that account group.

If there is no partner determination procedure assigned to the account group you may come across

this issue.

I check all configuration is regarding partner function is correct.

if i had made mistake der then for div 10 also i will face same problem.

Do u have more Idea den come out. I has to solve this.

Is it happening only in display mode? What about creating new customer for that division?

Please check your settings in OVH3 have you assigned customer hierarchy type to your sales area?

yes this is happening in only display mode. its really surprising problem for me.

Yes i had check OVH3. Here for one sales area customer hierarchy type is assign.

"A - 1010 -10-10-1000-10-10"

Not maintain for div 20.

Sorry i don't have idea about Customer Hierarchy.

Can you educate me more here.
