Hi,

The problem will be solved adding the following line in the saprouttab file, this line must be the firts line in the file:

KT "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 194.39.131.34 *

the file continue with:

  1.   inbound connections MUST use SNC

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" <IP server 1> 3299

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" <IP server 2> 3299

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" <IP server 1> 3200

KP "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" <IP server 2> 3200

  1.   outbound connections to <sapserv2> will use SNC

KT "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" <IP server with saprouter> 3299

KT "p:CN=sapserv2, OU=SAProuter, O=SAP, C=DE" 194.39.131.34 3299

  1.   permission entries to check if connection is allowed at all

P <IP server 1> 194.39.131.34 *

P <IP server 2> 194.39.131.34 *

I hope this solve your problem,

BR,

Prabhakar

Hi Kemal,

Can you let us know whether the OSS connection has ever worked or is this a new configuration?  If it's new, can you ensure that you've followed the relevant SAP notes for the OSS connection and have the IP address registered at SAP.  If it's an existing connection, can you check transaction OSS1 and whether that connects?

Have you set up your saprouttab correctly?

Regards,

Graham

Can you please let me know what all things you have tested.

1.sapgenpse seclogin –l

To check that the cert are valid.

2.Sapserv2 is maintained in the router host file.

3. Telnet 194.39.131.34 3299 from sap router.

4. Telnet your saprouter 3200

5 .Sap routre is up and running.

4-Telnet your saprouter 3200 from customer sap router ? it is not working as 3200, but working as 3299

5.sap router is up and running
