shopping cart missing in SRM 7

shopping cart has been created and the user saved the print version of SC as soon as he ordered.Now he is unable to view the SC in monitor SC.

I tried to find in BBP_PD but it gave blank result .I couldnt find the shopping in monitor SC by enter the requester ID/creation date/product category etc.

Checked in SWI2_ADM1,SWPC,SWPR but no trace of  this SC.Please help if there is any other way to resolve the issue.

Hello Swathi,

I had a similar issue from one of my customer and was solved by the note 1928436.

Just want to understand whether do you delete some line items in the SC.

Hi Raghu,

I am unable to view the document of this note.it says document is not released.

No line items are deleted in SC because the SC was just ordered and it disappeared.
