Logical Component in Solution Manager System Landscape

Hello,

I have created template project in solar_project_admin in 7.1. My problem is i don't know which logical component to use in system landscape as my client has given directly solution manager system to me.

I am creating scenarios for HCM,FICO,MM,SD etc modules manually in solar01 which are using sap system SAP ECC 6.0.So what should i do?

Can i use standard sap ecc 6.0 component? also i don't know what are the different systems to be assigned to this logical component.

There is no basis guy available who set this system.

In general you can use the standard also and can later replace it with actual logical component

in one logical component you need to maintain the various roles for the ECC or a system landscape. But definately you need to have a basis guy doing this as they need to map this into lmdb/SMSY etc as per Transport Path setup between these system and also RFC needs to be created.
