CX_AI_SYSTEM_FAULT in SOLMAN_SETUP (System preparation 4.4)

When i select "Use Authentication via certificate" and click Save, in log i see 4 messages (in quota you can see three detailed of them)

1. Where can I see or find more detailed logs to more mgramotno approach the analysis of the problem?
2. What can be the problem itself with SOAP?

Hi,

Diagnostic error may be due to patch issue, plz check te below note and apply the latest  lm-service pacth for you SP level
