------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------we configured NWDI in a new system and imported configurations from dtr, when trying to create dc from the imported configuration , im getting a message that dc is builded successfully in the deployed output view, and the dc is getting copied to the local workspace but .project file is missing ,and no dc visible at webdynpro perspective.

Hi,
is this reproducible if you create a new NWDS workspace ?

hi Ervin and Jun wu ,
Thanks for your reply , i solved the problem by deleting the .metadata file , which is found in the path specified at your studio windows->preference->workbench->workspace. First close the studio and thenn find the .metadata, but we have to make sure to check In all open activities and if any local projects and development components take a back up of those things before deleting this, later start NWDS again. and specify the url etc at Development Configuration Pool
what's the version of nwds?
i think you have to reinstall it
