Accessing windows file share from PI adapters

Dear all,

We are looking to integrate multiple warehouse systems which generate files locally on the windows machines.

These files have to be converted to Idocs/vice versa and posted to SAP system.

Our PI server is running on UNIX server and the files are getting generated on Windows machine.

Is there are way by which we can achieve this without much changes to the existing landscape.

Kindly provide your inputs.

in addition, we need to make sure that mounted(shared) drive is accessible to the "<sid>adm" user.

Hi Mohammed,

You have to mount the Windows drive to unix system, hope that windows system is on same network;

then you can directly use same as used in unix server;

ex: that file is download to some folder of that system you just need to share that folder. & you can access that folder using direct path define in CC.

192.xxx.xxx.12\Sharefolder.
