Dear Experts,
Yesterday we restart the PI server at 10pm. The next morning, the XBTA0 queue stops processing any messages. The latest unprocessed messages is 7.22am. The latest message is in RUNNING status.
To solve this issue I have tried to:
- Restart the status of the top most message in the queue
- Save LUW of the top most message to try to let to process the next message
- Execute LUW the top most message (after executing the message changes status to RETRY after than it changes to SYSFAIL, when I see the HTML error message, it says "500 - Connection to partner timed out 600s"
- Lock / Unlock the queue
- De-register / Register all queue
They all come to no good result. Has anyone face this problem? Should I restart the server?
Thank you,
Suwandi C.
Dear Experts,
I've requested a system restart to the Basis team.
Now, the queue is working fine.
Thanks,
Suwandi C.

Hi Suwandi,
Check the dumps in ST22 what type of error is.
Do once again the same activity
1.Lock -Unlock the queue
2.De-register - Register all queue

Hello,
Check if you have dumps in ST22. Aside from that, I believe you have no other choice but to remove the topmost LUW so that the other messages in the same queue get processed. Then investigate what is causing the topmost message to timeout before restarting it.

Mark

Hi Suwandi
Check the top most message in MONI and try to find out why it is taking that much of time. If you don't find anything , then u might have to cancel that messages and resend it again so that the rest of the messages in the queue get processed.
