Dear Nainesh

Use Transaction SOLMAN_SETUP -> System Preparation -> Step 3.

In the "S-User for Communication field" enter the S-user of your organization.

The SOLMAN_ADMIN user is wrong in this field.

From the help section:

The S-User for Communication is used to authenticate users, for example, batch users, when the SAP backend is called. The assignment of users to the S-user can be maintained in table AISUSER.

Note: The table AISUSER is maintained automatically for all users that are created automatically. You have to maintain the table only if you choose to create dialog users manually (if the security regulations of your company do not allow users to be created automatically, for example).

In case the SOLMAN_BTC user was created before, table AISUSER is maintained for this user on action 'Save'.

S-User S0005014194 has been entered in the table AISUSER for the user SOLMAN_BTC

There should be a SOLMAN_BTC entry in AISUSER table, which apparently you are missing.

Yes, it should be System.

Please click save and try that step again.

in case no result, try this:

- transaction AISUSER

- click New Entries

- Enter user: SOLMAN_BTC and partner: S-User without preceding zeros. Save an try again.

What is BW system maintained in step 2.1, if the BW is separate client create SM_BW_ADMIN and maintain in the SAP BW administrator.

Hi Nainesh,

Please paste the screenshot of 2.1 - specify BW system. You can choose the Solman system as your BW system.

Hi Nainesh,

Have you checked the authorizations for the S-User which you are using for Configuration?Is it a super admin user?Kindly check the same in the SMP with it's authorizations.Let me know if you find any further issues for the same.

check the SAP-OSS and SAP-OSS-LIST-O01 RFC  in sm59. plz check the authorization test for this rfc.

Step 2.2 will  maintain transaction AISUSER for the SAP Solution Manager administrator while choose Save.

may be some issue with suser .
