Unable to find the permanent license in slicense.

Dear Experts ,

We are unable to find the permanent license in the slicense, and even we getting the message that your license will be expired in 5 days from past 8 days, every day one day become less in each message.

Please tell me how can i regenerate my permanent license key?

In marketplace STANDARD license type date is not 31.12.9999 it is 12.12.2013.

Please let me know the solution.

Thank you all for their valuable inputs and suggestions

There is some problem in SMP, sap did not maintained our contact data correctly according to our contact agreement , regarding that we had initiated communication with our account manager from SAP, after involving him into this our correct data was maintained in SMP.

After necessary changes have been made. it would take time to replicate changes at our end. After some time access www.service.sap.com/licensekey
using s-user id which has necessary authorization to request license a few hours later

We need to follow the below steps to request for permanent
license key and choose the installation number for the SAP software. 

  • Please access http://service.sap.com/licensekey
  • Choose "Request permanent license key" and then
    search for your required installation.
  • In the installation overview, you can enter the
    installation number directly in the blank field in the column for the
    installation.
  • Alternatively, you can also use the installation search.
    (Here, the system displays all installation numbers for which you have
    authorization)
  • Choose "New system" and enter all required data
  • And “ Send” the request to SAP.

Hello

You need to request for new license from here:

http://service.sap.com/licensekey

Select the installation

Edit the system and put the enter the hardware key and submit with the e-mail ID for the license key to be delivered.

To get the hardware key

su - sidadm

saplicense -get

You can find the installed licenses on the system using the Tx SLICENSE - New Licenses

If you are not able to see license in Slicense transaction, try to see what do you get when you execute below with sidadm user ?

saplicense -show

Hi Ashish,

Let me correct my previous port , i have per manet license in slicense bt it shows the date 12.12.2013.

Please help, its critical otherwise due to lack of permanent license ky users can not log into the system.

Hi,

Please dont forget to select the correct setting in SMP which generating the license.

Like hardware key and product details.

The follow the steps suggest by others.

Hope you have valid agreement with sap and fee is payed . Is this issue with one system or all.

If only this please update the license key properly with the correct details.
