Category               Error in Database Interface

Runtime Errors         DBIF_DSQL2_INTERNAL_ERROR

Date and Time          25.11.2013 04:12:56

An unspecified internal error occurred in the SAP-internal
  database interface.
For further analysis the SAP system log should be examined
  (transaction SM21).
Check the entries in the developer trace of the relevant work process
  (transaction ST11).
Triggering SQL statement: "FETCH NEXT "
  Database error code: "0"

If the error occures in a non-modified SAP program, you may be able to
find an interim solution in an SAP Note.
If you have access to SAP Notes, carry out a search with the following
keywords:

"DBIF_DSQL2_INTERNAL_ERROR" " "
"/SDF/SAPLRI_ORACLE" or "/SDF/LRI_ORACLEU30"
"/SDF/DB_TIME_HIST_WITH_OBJ"

please help me

Thanks

Hi,

Please check the below note.

1674173 - ST-PI 2008_1_* SP06: Enhancements in functionality

1375907 - /SDF/RSORADLD_NEW: DBIF_DSQL2_INTERNAL_ERROR

  1. Function module: /SDF/DB_TIME_HIST_WITH_OBJ (new)

Extraction of wait event history with related objects from Oracle Workload Repository

These are just hint but would be more useful if you provide the full dump.

Thanks
