How to arrange prompt order in webi based on bex query

Hi Exports,

Iam working on SAP BO  3.1 Envornment ,On Bex query we are developing Reports

Isuue:

In bex query variable order is

1).Plant

2) material

3) sales

iam able to see prompt order in Webi report as

1)material.

2)Plant.

3)Sales .

I need Prompt order as

1).Plant

2) material

3) sales .......How can we arrange prompt order in webi Report

Hi Raghu,

If you are creating your report on BEx query then ordering the prompts can not manage at WebI level. You have to manage the order in BEx layer itself so that it will flow on BO report.

Prompts created in BEx coming to BO report alphabetically. You have to manage the order in BEx query itself.

Hi Raghu,

By default it will sort alphabetically . Prefix your prompts with numbers (1,2,3,4,.....) then it will work.
