OVKK Reducing entries

Dear in my company 55 Divisions, 8 sales org , 6 Distribution channels , Customer pricing procedures 4 types and Document pricing procedures 4 Types

Total pricing procedure determination entries in ovkk are  42240 Entries

So any short cut method is available to reduce the work ?

Short cut is..

Go with common Distribution Channel and Division.

Assign Pricing procedure to sales area which contain common D.ch & Div.

Are you assuming these many pricing procedures will appear by calculating 55*8*6*4*4

Or

Really  those many pricing procedures are available in your client process?

As per my understanding it is your assumption. In real time those many entries are not required at all.

First this you can define common division concept so that for those common division sales area only the relevant pricing procedures can be assigned.

Also you can assign same pricing procedures for many common sales area's

Also you can maintain very limited pricing procedures by maintaining requirements.

The good Pricing expert can reduce pricing procedures as much as possible.
