Dear sd experts

Some body definitely Might have worked on work flow .. Suppose if user creating Credit memo request that information would go to 5 IMP Persons if that 5 Persons like RM,ZM,GM  Then only sales order would be saved other wise no

i know ABAP consultants will do this But this is also Functional prospective so i would like to know STEP BY STEP How to achive

From functional perspective, you only have to educate the user how it works.  It is purely technical efforts.
