Not able to see the comment link for the Blog

Dear Team,

I am not finding the "comment" link for the blog http://scn.sap.com/people/peterschneider/blog/2013/11/28/sap-learning-hub-great-learning-opportuniti...

(1)I want to confirm, Is the comment Link is not visible only for me, or it is happening with other user also. Or this blog is restricted only for Moderators?

(2)Also I want to know is SAP Learning Hub providing any FREE certificates tutorials like OpenSAP (i.e) Record of Achievement Certificates ,participation Certificates without any payment??

(3)Under  SAP Learning Hub, Customer Edition -->

• "There are currently no related courses"

I am not able to see the course material, is there any specific period or months where this courses starts??
