Hello All techies,

If user is accessing the dashboard or report on smartphone mobile then can user access the basic mobile functions simultaneously?

If you mean the common mobile toolbar that comes with MobI 5.0, then yes, they can access, as along as it was saved with the Mobile BI category and accessed through MobI 5.0

Thank you for your reply.

My point is the other feature means Incoming and outgoing call, SMS, other apps, multimedia --- can I use it 'simultaneously' while navigating the BO data. OR other basic mobile features will be blocked.

My experience is no - they are not blocked - phone calls, etc

I am not suing SMS (unless you mean texting?)

Hi Bhushan,

While working with BO data; none of the basic features of mobile will blocked.

If you are worried about texts/ sms while navigating BO, I would suggest use SMS PopUp tool on Android, it will give you small popup even if you are inside any application.

This will help you be on the same page/ area than navigating out.
