Hi,

Agents rule is for both parameters.

The workflow should trigger from the next form:

MANAGEMENT A and CONNECTOR B -> APPROVER: USER1

MANAGEMENT B and CONNECTOR B -> APPROVER: USER2

MANAGEMENT B and CONNECTOR C -> APPROVER: USER3

Etc, etc..

Thank!!

How does it know it's Management A or B? What logic are you using to determine that?

Are you able to add screen shots of your BRF+ rule for how you determine that?

Hi Cristian,

Please check that the WF-Batch user has SAP ALL assigned.

This issue might be due to descripencies in workflow

settings of access control under 'activate linjkages

for AC workflow'.

Please refer to SAP Note:- 1730970 for reffering to the settings done

for access control workflow.

Hi Cristian

Did you simulate the BRF+ function to see how it evaluates the decision table?

Within the decision table definition, what is "ZGRC_ARM_GERENCIA"? Also, do you have a screen shot of your actual decision table inputs to see that you covered all situations/combinations for determining agent?

Finally, what is your business logical for the Agent determination? That is, what logic are you trying to configure in BRF+

Thanks Collen,

ZGRC_ARM_GERENCIA is a custom field, representing the field Managements.

We need diffrents workflows for differents Approvers of each Managments

The simulation of the BRF function works correctly

Hello,

You dont need everything as mandotory input.

just maintain Line item key as "itemnum" and user id of the approver in uppercase.

and .. may i know about your custom feild..
