PO Confirmation through workorder

Hi All,

When I publish a workorder in SNC, It's status is not changing from "CINE" to "CIAG". Hence, not receiving the confirmation in PO confirmation tab.

For more information following observations are noticed:

1) RON_OUT is getting triggered successfully

2) I have already activated POCONF_CONF_ALLOWED  for profile POC5

Can anyone guide me what should be done in this scenario?

Hi Gaurav,

Can you also activate POCONF_CONF_ALLOWED  for profile POC3 as well in Own validation setting.

I activated POCONF_CONF_ALLOWED  for profile POC3 as well in Own validation setting but the problem still persists.

Is there any approval process?

If yes then can u check alert type 7112.
