Hello,

I am running R/3 ECC 5.0 with Oracle 9i on Windows 2003 Server. I upgraded the Kernel to Patch155, but after replacing files in folder \usr\sap\<SID>\SYS\exe\run I am getting error message in SAP Management Console for disp+work.exe process (Dispatcher) "Running but Dialog Queue info unavailable" and the color remains yellow. I can log on to the system without any problem.

Following is the Developer Trace for disp+work.exe porcess:

Hello,

I have tried with two kernel patches : 139 and 155. I have disp+work.exe in kernel 155 ( 30.10.2006) and in 139 ( 17.07.2006 ), too, but I don't have sapstartsrv.exe. sapstartsrv.exe ( 5.11.2004 ) is the old one. I can't find a new sapstartsrv.exe.

What else can I do?

Thank you

Hello Raluca

The problem should be solved if SAPSTARTSRV.EXE is on the same

patch level as disp+work.exe.

Thanks
