SAP GRC PC CLM

Hello Experts,

I am facing some problems while extracting data from SAP GRC PC using CLM (Content Lifecycle Management).

I am following the pdf file of CLM. I have correctly configured the connector & System Registry.

The problems which I am facing are:

1. I am not able to extract the data completely , its showing one error "Extracted 3805 content records with 1 errors" .

2. When I am trying to download the file to excel, there is only one language i.e., English.. From where I can change the this language settings to get some more language to filter.

3. When I am downloading it to excel, I am not able to open the excel file, its showing the following error.

4. What kind of third party applications are required to edit the XML file in readable format (not in machine language)?

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi Ankit,

On the first problem try to run the report /POA/R_CLM_CG_REP01 with the extraction number and maybe you will find the error.

On 3 problem execute the excel file with the xml file of the zip, because excel file read from it.
