SAP Solman 7.1 and SAP TAO 3.0 connectivity issue

Hi,

We are planning to use SAP TAO 3.0 and Solution Manager 7.1 in one of our projects. The Client has already installed Solution Manager7.1 all systems and the necessary patches required for testing activities (including the TAO patches and RFCs). We have even successfully installed SAP TAO 3.0 front end client but we are not able to connect SAP TAO 3.0 with any of the Solman7.1 clients (Whether, Dev,QA or PRD).We have referred SAP TAO 3.0 Admin Guide but still we are not able to find out the solution.

ST-TST 300 SP01 is installed in Solman.

Following roles are assigned to the User

SAP_SM_BPCA_TBOM_ALL

SAP_SM_S_RFCACL

SAP_SM_TAO_RFC

SAP_SM_TST_CONNECTOR

SAP_SOL_PROJ_ADMIN_DIS.

We are configuring SolMan 7.1 and TAO 3.0 for the first time so I would appreciate if someone can tell us what all we missed and describe the detailed procedure in configuring SolMan 7.1 with SAP TAO 3.0 client.
