Hi All,
When I create a "support message" from a managed system as shown below
on the solution manager a service request get created, but the user who has created this service request doesnt get populated as shown below.
What needs to be done to have this user populated. The user has SAP_ALL SAP_NEW on solution manager and managed system.
Also I tried using a trusted and a BACK RFC from the managed system.
Please let me know how can I fix it.

Hi Ashutosh,
When we post via help->create support message option from managed system(like ERP etc) the ticket is created in solution manager known as incident not service request which is a different transaction type
goto dno_cust04, check for entry
or ZMIN or YMIN as per your transaction type for incident mgmt.
Also, make sure you have Business Partner and identification tab has this managed system information maintained.
