cr content conflit version

Folks,

I need to configure my Incident Manager but I can´t continuo because the LMDB didn´t not finish sincronizing. What it´s stopping him its the CR Content Version conflit.

On the system preparation step 5.2 It says that the version is 8.11 that is old but what I have installed as you can see from the screenshot is version 9.8.

How can resolve this problem.
