Fiori Launchpage links not working

Former Member

Hi experts,

we configured the fiori apps in ERP and a separate Gateway.

If we start the apps with the direct links they work but if we use the launchpage the app links do not work.

With httpwatch we can see error 500 internal server error.

Any ideas?

Gateway components have SPS5 and SAP_UI in ERP is 7.40 SP5.

Regards,

Stefan

Hi Stefan,

Check whether the required service is activated or not in the back-end.

Check the below link and check and confirm whether all your system are in correct patch level and all the required SAP note implemented correctly. Particularly the manual correction in the SAP Notes.

Hi Masa,

Hi Stefan,

  1. First check with SICF under the path /default_host/sap/opu/odata/ui2 if the transport service is available
  2. If not add the gateway service via transaction /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE to the catalog
  3. Check that corresponding SICF service is activated

Hope this helps.

Michael

Hi Stefan ,

Solved these issues, please could you tell me how to add the "/UI2/Transport"

Hi Jaime,

I could not find this service in SICF.

It was also not possible to add this in /IWFND/MAINT_SERVICE.

There was a problem with the INTEROP service.

For this I run the report /IWFND/CACHE_CLEANUP to clean the cache.

Then the INTEROP was ok.

The configuration of the tiles in Admin page was also incorrect.

Afterwards the launchpage links work fine.

Hi Akila,

This parameter is already set and the cache was invalidated.

But the links still do not work.

Any other ideas?

Stefan

Hi Stefan,

Please check whether your ICM parameter

"icm/host_name_full" is set to  fully qualified name of your server  and also discussion in the below thread might be helpful to you.
