I'm trying to change Reprocessing Settings in Communication Channel Monitoring using "PISUPER" user, therefore this is not possible:

Hi,

maybe try with "maximum number = 2", because if there is only one attempt...well... you cannot have a "Retry interval = 5min" as there is not a 2nd retry...
